What to wear.

Rider Registration Form   

All new clients at Beaver Hall  must complete a client details form on booking their first lesson. (All information received shall remain private and confidential and will not be passed on to third parties) A mandatory document and disclaimer you must complete before participating in any activities on site. It asks for Personal Details, Emergency Contacts, Medical Conditions, Previous Riding History, and for completion of a Disclaimer, riding is a risk sport, you participate at your own risk.

Punctuality: In order to ensure that all lessons start promptly, children should arrive at least 15 minutes before the time of their ride. Anyone who arrives late will miss his/her lesson and may not be offered an alternative.

Cancellations: Please note, for whatever reason, 24 hours’ notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling rides, otherwise the full fee is payable. Regrettably there is no exception for illness.We have decided to introduce this policy as an increasing number of clients have been cancelling on the day or simply not turning up. As a business we find this unsustainable.

Current weight limit is max 12 stone (including clothing and shoes etc)
